LAB Construction provides custom home construction and remodeling services in northern Illinois and southern Wisconsin. Some of our customers bring a design and/or an architect with them. Others start with our library of upscale designs and, together, we design a one-of-a-kind solution. We have friendly relationships with brokers in the region, enabling us to help you locate hard-to-find available properties.
What’s important to us? Exceptional quality. Precise attention to detail. Fine materials. Cost containment. On time delivery. 100% customer satisfaction.
Jeff Andre personally manages every project, giving our customers unlimited access to a knowledgeable decision maker throughout the home building process. Many other builders put a foreman between you and the owner.
We also repair damage caused by storm, fire, flood, etc and can work with insurance companies during the claims process.
